Thanks for those who have commented about my dad and the lay (everything credits to Ate Kitty)! =) My father will be coming home tomorrow! Wee, can't wait!! heehe
Sorry if I wasn't able to blog yesterday, I had my hair rebonded (or retouched etc) for 6 DARN hours!! My behind was really sore.... Oww... I'll update my flicker later so watch out for the "new" me. heehe. Right after going to the parlor, I rushed and crammed all my assignments (well partly since I have finished the others.. hehee) all in 6 hours. I was trying to study at the parlor but I just couldn't concentrate.

Hehee sorry about that outburst. I just needed to let it out. =)
Oh yeah, after a few changes and adjustments, my gown's back and ready!! I really need to slim down. And if anybody's asking why, I have to go to the JS prom even though I'm just a sophie coz I'm a batch officer and it is compulsary to attend as spectators observing the goings on in the prom in preparation for our prom. I'll post a pic of my gown in flicker.

Fair, China and Fuschia
Watching: Tanging Ina (movie)
Man, I just don't know why but watching Tanging Ina makes me feel so.... happy. It's probably because it reminds me of how my mother sacrifices so much for me even though i may not be the best daughter in the whole world. A really good movie for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. Hehee.
Well my father in the meanwhile has left for China (Shanghai! wahh hindi ako sinama...) along with his friends for a mission (I'd rather keep the reason confidential). Let's just say that he's going because it is God's plan. I'll just miss him so much since he's gonna be leaving for 5 days! =( I'm gonna pray that he'll always be safe!
As promised, today was our fair! I arrived there around 8 o' clock dutifully wearing our scout uniform (skirt and neck neck and all) and yes, we have duty even on a SCHOOL FAIR but no biggie, it's only for 2 hours. I was in time for the opening ceremonies (though I didn't get to see it, just hear it hehe) and I thought that there wasn't enough people! But soon they came in hoards. My duty was guarding the jail booth (naging gwardya ehh lolz) and the fun part, locking prisoners up! BWAHAAH I didn't realize how fun catching and surprising people was and chasing them too! It was a fun 2 hours and we managed to lock up (and earned a lot of moolah!) quite a few unfortunate victims! Hope I get to do that again tomorrow. heehe. Spent the day with Daynel and Jocla and Raichu! We also took our pics for our barkada project and boy we were wacky! And if you're asking how much chits I have left, let's just say I'm currently broke due to EXCESSIVE kissmarks on my arm!! I'll post my proof soon after my bro uses the other comp. I had to pay 10 php worth of chits once they stuck you with that little cursed stamp! ARGHHH!! Sighs.. there goes the chits.. Anyone wanna help this old fool??
I also tried on my gown today! I was very apprehensive at first because it was my first time to order from that shop (do you call it a shop??) and I didn't know what to expect. Surprisingly it came out really well and I loved the color (guess, look at the title =) but I really need.... to slim down! wahh.... it's a bit scary though because I don't wear gowns and I'm a bit paranoid whether the straps will fall off or something.. wahhh... I don't like gowns... or dresses.. Mine's a dress by the way... wahh....
Oh well, I have to do our master list for the talk we'll be having tomorrow! I updated quite a lot today! Check it out! =)

Random is...fun! Part 2

Oh yeah, something weird, unexplainable and freaky happened today! I actually WON the raffle at Ate Kitty's site! OMG Ate ang weird! I haven't won anything in my entire life (well i did win the rabbits in my 8th bday but that's different!) be it any kind of raffles (i'm always unlucky in our yearly chiense raffle) but I actually won! THANK YOU PO ATE!! Nagtaka pa nga ako bakit hindi ko makita ung nanalo ng frequent visitor dahil I was looking for a name. Pero nasa video pa la! Nagulat ako nung binunot mo name ko! Ang weird.. Hindi ko alam kung gusto ko umiyak o tumawa, basta ang weird. Ano kaya iyong gift mo?? I can't wait po! Sure po ba na walang trouble sa inyo? Well thanks uli!!!! =) Hehee
Lately, I see people being grateful like at their friends like Ate Rad and I thought that, how fortunate I am to have, even though they're few, but true friends. Kahit ngayon lang kita nakilala, o noong prep pa tayo o kahit sa internet lang, you guys (alam niyo na kung sino kayo) have affected me so much! In more ways that you can imagine. Nagpapasalamat ako sa pakikisama niyo sa akin lalo na noong nahulog ako. Hindi niyo ako iniwanan o linayasan, nandito pa rin kayo hanggang ngayon so, SALAMAT (THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!) PO SA INYO!!! Man, reading other's blogs have made me so emotional naman... heehe
Well, I can't think of anything more to write. Well maybe, I've been having one of those deep thoughts lately. More on the impossible and spiritual because I kinda see things that were once impossible, possible. You know, that sort of thing. Sighs... Well tc now! Random is..fun! part 1
Hi guys! I'm feeling mixed emotions now so I'd rather go random in this blog. (which means it's gonna be LOONG) I don't whether to laugh or cry or do both. Go figure the "weird me". You'll get a headache just thinking about it! hehee =)
First off are current events! We're having a 5-day mini-vacation from school (you heard that right! But wait till you hear about the assignments.. oh boy) because of the fair and probably Chinese New Year! Our fair will be held at Saint Jude Catholic School on the 28th and 29th of January from 8-5 pm! Please do visit coz I'm sure that it'll be fun! Oh yeah and for those who aren't Chinese or who don't know when the Chinese New Year Festival is, it's on the 29th, a Sunday. So don your newest and best (preferably in RED as a sign of good fortune!) attire and head off to Chinatown and buy tikoy, the gluttinous rice cakes! They taste so sweet you'll be having enough energy to last your for 2 days! heehe. It's the year of the dog too so bring your doggie pals if you want and treat them nicely! heehee
SO the mini-vacation started today but unfortunately, I still had to attend SPLTC (senior patrol leader) prelims! Ugh, it was grueling today coz we weren't focused that much (and add around approx 311 squats <-- and sore ng muscles!) Sighs.. It poured too and I wasn't able to help set up the jail booth! Grumble.. what a gloomy day. I couldn't focus on getting any assignments done too! Hopefully I'll be able to finish them by tomorrow! Heehee. Hopefully =) Tomorrow's still gonna be the set-up day then the fun begins on Saturday! See you there! =) Come Monday is our rest day then hopefully they'll make Tuesday "Paquiao Day" (so we won't have school!) but that seems VERY unlikely.. Aww shucks!
Steph has her gown already! Check it out! It's really pretty! =)Well did I tell you already that sophie batch officers have to attend the JS prom as mere bystanders coz we have to prepare for ours next year? I'll be fitting mine tomorrow but I'm so nervous coz I do not like gowns.. Not that I have a grudge on them or anything.. I'm nervous.. Will keep you updated tomorrow!~

Oh yeah! I forgot to tell you guys that we dissected a frog yesterday! If you have undergone high school sophomore year life, you most probably would have experienced it too! Well I was apprehensive at the beginning of the bio class coz I was having stomach troubles right before it! (during hwa wun or chinese language class!) Ang sakit talaga.. So I prayed that it won't happen during the dissection or else the worse will come.. Good thing it didn't! I actually was the one barking orders like (okay people let's calm down.. now get the scissors.. cut it like this..) but it was cool. It was also fascinating seeing the organs which are like humans (well almost) too except for the size. Their liver was BIG. It was also interesting to see how the heart really beats. We were a bit crazy too coz the teacher told us it was okay to remove the heart but we removed the other organs too to make it a clean job. Okay, maybe I'm grossing you out now. heehe. That class was memorable too because I'll never forget seeing the faces of my classmates when suddenly a pair of frogs were suddenly set loose and jumping all over the place! Lolz but they were soon caught. hehe. And Jenni also had her probably most traumatic experience ever! The frog was already cut open but it still wanted to jump! Creepy.. But it was dead by the end of the class.. hehe oki.. I'll stop now! =)

Manny's the MAN!!
Yesterday, Jan 22, 2006 - Almost the entire population, whether young or old, of the little archipelago called Philippines, were tuned in to their TV sets in their homes or at the mall. I swear, not a single car (well maybe a few..) were out in the streets between the time of 10-2 because of the rematch of revenge for our boxing champ Manny Paquiao versus Erik Morales! Even I the non-boxing fan also anticipated this significant event. Through Manny's hardwork and series of strong and agile sets of punches, he was able to defeat Morales and emerged victorious! Morales receieved surprisingly 2 KOs during the tenth round and finally lost the heat. Through a spectacular finish, Manny certainly gave pride and glory to his homeland.

If you live in a country where politics is either the joker or the joke (um... weird..), you would undertsand why a lot of people would be ecstatic over a winning a boxing match (even though it's just a non-title match) We need something to look forward to and forget the troubles of our economy and such. For one day, we were all able to agree on something and that is really something rare! I mean, when my family and I were at the mall yesterday, everyone was tuned in to the TV set at the appliance center. Even the people outside were waiting for the match! The streetkids, the wealthy guy over the block, everybody!! It also made me proud for my country because our champ just delivered one of the best (in my opinion) matches ever! It was Morales' first time ever to receive a KO! Soo happy, pwede akong magpamalaki sa mga tao na ako ay isang Pilipino. Ako ay may dugong Pilipino at ipinagmamalaki ko ito. Mabuhay and Pilipinas!! YAHOO!!!!
Hehee, see what can a boxing match do to you?? hehee. Well i have to go now guys! TC!! =)

BACK??
Well I decided to remove the "On Hiatus" thing since I don't see any point to. Hehee. I still update my "little" blog so I thought why don't I just reopen it? I won't be updating like I used to though. I'll still update around once a week or something.
Life's getting busier and busier and I can slowly feel the approaching of summer.. Take note, I mean SLOWLY because they are still killing us with truckloads of projects. I'm starting to make progress though and I'm proud of it!! =)
Well can't talk much, I wouldn't know what to say anyway. Sorry for the lack of charisma. Hehee. =) TC everyone!

Break??

Hi guys! Sorry if I haven't blogged for 3 days (?)! Here's what happened.
Can't you give us guys a break?? Wait a minute... we just had one. LOL.
The first day of school (jan. 4) wasn't bad, actually it was great except of course, for the announcement of grades (i turned a deep shade of blue and violet and sometimes even red), who wouldn't want to die? Sighs... And also Ms. Aguinaldo will be replaced this last quarter! She gave birth prematurely (2 months! pray for the baby!!) somewhere in January I think. We shouldn't have angered her so in the last few months! I hope that they're both well! Mr. de Lara would be substituting and I think his classes will be interesting. Too bad the director doesn't approve of it! Sighs.. now soo confused. We received truckloads of homework again and I won't complain anymore, just a waste of breath. I have also resolved to do good in my studies so I won't be around for sometime...
The prelims of SPLTC (senior patrol leadership training course) officially started yesterday! At first I felt that I would be left out but it was quite fun in the end! I just didn't like the assignments... Am soo happy that Ma'm Luz is our SPL staff! Yay!!! Good luck to all of us guys!! =)
I'm loving my new phone by the way! It really has neat features (2 mega pix cam!) and the games are also in 3d! Lol the 'ol snake game has evolved to 3d snake! There's also this tamagotchi game called hamster and it's cute! But you can do less though... heehee
Well today has less hw so I grabbed the chance to blog, but I'm thinking of taking a break for a while guys. I think I won't be able to manage this any longer. Sorry Ate Kitty! I won't be able to put up the new lay this month! Hopefully I'll be back around end of January! I'll still be online though! And the next time you hear from me again, you might see the new lay! Starting all over again
[EDIT] OMG Ate Kitty just gave me the most WONDERFUL gift ever! A NEW layout!!! OMG ATE!! THANK YOU SOBRA!!!!! *hugz!* I can't explain how grateful I am! Nashock ako when I opened my e-mail tapos bigla lang may lumabas na layout! Grabe ang cuute!! THANKS PO! I'm going to put it up as soon as I fix the coding and stuff. I hope that I'll be able to put it up this week! Watch out for it!!! [/EDIT]What's all this clear space you say?? Well actually, I was forced to abandon my old account due to some errors a while ago. I even considered killing myself (JUST KIDDING!) when I found out that this was NOT working also! Don't worry about my old posts, they're all safe and sound in my doc. So you could say that I'm starting all over again. A new year calls for a new face, new layout, new post, and other new things. Hope that this year would be blessed with good fortune to us all!!
So it's the last day of freedom today. I'm suffering from back-to-school blues again. I'm sure all of you are too, endless hours on the net isn't available anymore. My father's been needing a new cel and the sony ericsson W800 was just his thing. It's also a portable walkman! The display and sounds are outstanding! I just loved it! My mother then surprised me by saying that the Nokia N70 was going to replace my phone! It's not as good as the W800 but I'm happy. I can finally access the internet!! Woopee!!! *jumps around*
Well I guess I'll just savor the last few hours of my freedom.. I just cleaned my school bags a while ago and boy did I find a lot of garbage! Sighs... =(

HISTORY:
I decided I'd make a history for my site so that you'd all know the whys and the hows. I will elaborate further when I have my REAL site one day. So when did this "addiction" start? Well it was many years ago (maybe not THAT many, about 2-3 years ago) when my keypal Kelli (HI KELLI!) told me to check out this thing. It turned out to be a xanga blog and I was intrigued but I wasn't interested in making one. After a year though, exactly on October 29, 2004, I came across Kelli's blog again and had a sudden itch to try it out. I signed up in xanga and wrote my very first entry. My URL was http://xanga.com/jynxypanda and it's still alive! Check it out if you want, I've transformed it into a photoblog of some sort. I started out with this PLAIN red and black template and of course, I eventually got bored with it. I then searched for skins both in createblog and blogskins. I was happy with xanga but then I saw Steph's new blog in blogger. I was amazed at her skills already in making layouts and HTML so I asked tips from her and then I started my blogger account. This was the time I started getting interested in HTML. Steph also referred to me Lissaexplains.com for tutorials and I researched on my own by reading this gigantic HTML manual at our house. I learned the basics and soon I was editing layouts. I wasn't much of a layout changer so Thief's Stolen Collections survived with only 2 premade layouts. Soon, I was getting BORED with premade layouts. I decided to practice my photoshop skills and make my own like Steph. At first, my layout was supposed to be a panda under cherry blossoms on a starry night EXCEPT the background image I used was copyrighted to kagaya.com only hence I wasn't able to use it. It was a beautiful layout for me though because I loved the violet colors and the panda. It took me a VERY LONG time to finish it but all my efforts proved to be in vain. The spark of making a layout vanished and was just recently revived. I was determined to make one and Winnie the Pooh came to my mind. Why Winnie the Pooh? I have no idea. Maybe it was because of him being a bear but anyways, Winnie the Pooh sounded good and voila!

Well this was my very 1st layout so pardon for the childish image. It took me a very long time to think of what image to use. Winnie the Pooh just suddenly came to my mind and before I knew it, my hands were working on their own and this is the result! It lasted me for 5 months and I'm happy. =)

Born on: Dec. 27, 2005
This is my 2nd layout featuring a vectorized (my first vector! Not too good..) bird (i'm not sure the species) on a branch staring under the velvet (violet) sky. When I was thinking of a new layout, I wanted it to have a touch of Christmas but not in the commercial way (gifts, lights etc). I wanted to show the true meaning of Christmas and I also wanted a layout that would last me for months (I'm a lazy bum.. hehe). Inspiration struck when our English teacher asked us to make a Korean Sijo (in English that is) and what i wrote about was a bird anticipating the birth of Christ. Though Christmas has gone, I still wish the feeling of Christmas will continue the whole year. This lasted me for a month (oMG 1 month lang?) but I may use it again. I really liked it! hehe

Random is..fun! part 1
Hi guys! I'm feeling mixed emotions now so I'd rather go random in this blog. (which means it's gonna be LOONG) I don't whether to laugh or cry or do both. Go figure the "weird me". You'll get a headache just thinking about it! hehee =)
First off are current events! We're having a 5-day mini-vacation from school (you heard that right! But wait till you hear about the assignments.. oh boy) because of the fair and probably Chinese New Year! Our fair will be held at Saint Jude Catholic School on the 28th and 29th of January from 8-5 pm! Please do visit coz I'm sure that it'll be fun! Oh yeah and for those who aren't Chinese or who don't know when the Chinese New Year Festival is, it's on the 29th, a Sunday. So don your newest and best (preferably in RED as a sign of good fortune!) attire and head off to Chinatown and buy tikoy, the gluttinous rice cakes! They taste so sweet you'll be having enough energy to last your for 2 days! heehe. It's the year of the dog too so bring your doggie pals if you want and treat them nicely! heehee
SO the mini-vacation started today but unfortunately, I still had to attend SPLTC (senior patrol leader) prelims! Ugh, it was grueling today coz we weren't focused that much (and add around approx 311 squats <-- and sore ng muscles!) Sighs.. It poured too and I wasn't able to help set up the jail booth! Grumble.. what a gloomy day. I couldn't focus on getting any assignments done too! Hopefully I'll be able to finish them by tomorrow! Heehee. Hopefully =) Tomorrow's still gonna be the set-up day then the fun begins on Saturday! See you there! =) Come Monday is our rest day then hopefully they'll make Tuesday "Paquiao Day" (so we won't have school!) but that seems VERY unlikely.. Aww shucks!
Steph has her gown already! Check it out! It's really pretty! =)Well did I tell you already that sophie batch officers have to attend the JS prom as mere bystanders coz we have to prepare for ours next year? I'll be fitting mine tomorrow but I'm so nervous coz I do not like gowns.. Not that I have a grudge on them or anything.. I'm nervous.. Will keep you updated tomorrow!~

Oh yeah! I forgot to tell you guys that we dissected a frog yesterday! If you have undergone high school sophomore year life, you most probably would have experienced it too! Well I was apprehensive at the beginning of the bio class coz I was having stomach troubles right before it! (during hwa wun or chinese language class!) Ang sakit talaga.. So I prayed that it won't happen during the dissection or else the worse will come.. Good thing it didn't! I actually was the one barking orders like (okay people let's calm down.. now get the scissors.. cut it like this..) but it was cool. It was also fascinating seeing the organs which are like humans (well almost) too except for the size. Their liver was BIG. It was also interesting to see how the heart really beats. We were a bit crazy too coz the teacher told us it was okay to remove the heart but we removed the other organs too to make it a clean job. Okay, maybe I'm grossing you out now. heehe. That class was memorable too because I'll never forget seeing the faces of my classmates when suddenly a pair of frogs were suddenly set loose and jumping all over the place! Lolz but they were soon caught. hehe. And Jenni also had her probably most traumatic experience ever! The frog was already cut open but it still wanted to jump! Creepy.. But it was dead by the end of the class.. hehe oki.. I'll stop now! =)

Manny's the MAN!!
Yesterday, Jan 22, 2006 - Almost the entire population, whether young or old, of the little archipelago called Philippines, were tuned in to their TV sets in their homes or at the mall. I swear, not a single car (well maybe a few..) were out in the streets between the time of 10-2 because of the rematch of revenge for our boxing champ Manny Paquiao versus Erik Morales! Even I the non-boxing fan also anticipated this significant event. Through Manny's hardwork and series of strong and agile sets of punches, he was able to defeat Morales and emerged victorious! Morales receieved surprisingly 2 KOs during the tenth round and finally lost the heat. Through a spectacular finish, Manny certainly gave pride and glory to his homeland.

If you live in a country where politics is either the joker or the joke (um... weird..), you would undertsand why a lot of people would be ecstatic over a winning a boxing match (even though it's just a non-title match) We need something to look forward to and forget the troubles of our economy and such. For one day, we were all able to agree on something and that is really something rare! I mean, when my family and I were at the mall yesterday, everyone was tuned in to the TV set at the appliance center. Even the people outside were waiting for the match! The streetkids, the wealthy guy over the block, everybody!! It also made me proud for my country because our champ just delivered one of the best (in my opinion) matches ever! It was Morales' first time ever to receive a KO! Soo happy, pwede akong magpamalaki sa mga tao na ako ay isang Pilipino. Ako ay may dugong Pilipino at ipinagmamalaki ko ito. Mabuhay and Pilipinas!! YAHOO!!!!
Hehee, see what can a boxing match do to you?? hehee. Well i have to go now guys! TC!! =)

BACK??
Well I decided to remove the "On Hiatus" thing since I don't see any point to. Hehee. I still update my "little" blog so I thought why don't I just reopen it? I won't be updating like I used to though. I'll still update around once a week or something.
Life's getting busier and busier and I can slowly feel the approaching of summer.. Take note, I mean SLOWLY because they are still killing us with truckloads of projects. I'm starting to make progress though and I'm proud of it!! =)
Well can't talk much, I wouldn't know what to say anyway. Sorry for the lack of charisma. Hehee. =) TC everyone!

Break??
Reading: The Magician's Guild by Trudi Canavan
Hi guys! Sorry if I haven't blogged for 3 days (?)! Here's what happened.
Can't you give us guys a break?? Wait a minute... we just had one. LOL.
The first day of school (jan. 4) wasn't bad, actually it was great except of course, for the announcement of grades (i turned a deep shade of blue and violet and sometimes even red), who wouldn't want to die? Sighs... And also Ms. Aguinaldo will be replaced this last quarter! She gave birth prematurely (2 months! pray for the baby!!) somewhere in January I think. We shouldn't have angered her so in the last few months! I hope that they're both well! Mr. de Lara would be substituting and I think his classes will be interesting. Too bad the director doesn't approve of it! Sighs.. now soo confused. We received truckloads of homework again and I won't complain anymore, just a waste of breath. I have also resolved to do good in my studies so I won't be around for sometime...
The prelims of SPLTC (senior patrol leadership training course) officially started yesterday! At first I felt that I would be left out but it was quite fun in the end! I just didn't like the assignments... Am soo happy that Ma'm Luz is our SPL staff! Yay!!! Good luck to all of us guys!! =)
I'm loving my new phone by the way! It really has neat features (2 mega pix cam!) and the games are also in 3d! Lol the 'ol snake game has evolved to 3d snake! There's also this tamagotchi game called hamster and it's cute! But you can do less though... heehee
Well today has less hw so I grabbed the chance to blog, but I'm thinking of taking a break for a while guys. I think I won't be able to manage this any longer. Sorry Ate Kitty! I won't be able to put up the new lay this month! Hopefully I'll be back around end of January! I'll still be online though! And the next time you hear from me again, you might see the new lay! Well till we meet again guys!! =)

Starting all over again
[EDIT] OMG Ate Kitty just gave me the most WONDERFUL gift ever! A NEW layout!!! OMG ATE!! THANK YOU SOBRA!!!!! *hugz!* I can't explain how grateful I am! Nashock ako when I opened my e-mail tapos bigla lang may lumabas na layout! Grabe ang cuute!! THANKS PO! I'm going to put it up as soon as I fix the coding and stuff. I hope that I'll be able to put it up this week! Watch out for it!!! [/EDIT]What's all this clear space you say?? Well actually, I was forced to abandon my old account due to some errors a while ago. I even considered killing myself (JUST KIDDING!) when I found out that this was NOT working also! Don't worry about my old posts, they're all safe and sound in my doc. So you could say that I'm starting all over again. A new year calls for a new face, new layout, new post, and other new things. Hope that this year would be blessed with good fortune to us all!!
So it's the last day of freedom today. I'm suffering from back-to-school blues again. I'm sure all of you are too, endless hours on the net isn't available anymore. But I'm a little glad, you know why? Coz this morning, 2 FREE cel phones arrived in the MAIL! Oh how I love being Globe! My father is a Platinum member and Globe decided to reward his loyalty!! So go be a part of Globe
My father's been needing a new cel and the sony ericsson W800 was just his thing. It's also a portable walkman! The display and sounds are outstanding! I just loved it! My mother then surprised me by saying that the Nokia N70 was going to replace my phone! It's not as good as the W800 but I'm happy. I can finally access the internet!! Woopee!!! *jumps around*
Well I guess I'll just savor the last few hours of my freedom.. I just cleaned my school bags a while ago and boy did I find a lot of garbage! Sighs... =(
