Hey guys! EEPZ!! Sorry I had no chance to do a video blog! urgh, so sorry! I was capturing some videos on the eve of December 31st but sadly... I thought they didn't seem too nice.. lolz! haha Coz there were the booms and screams of fireworks and all that commotion, but let's see. I'll maybe upload it :p haha!
But I did get to do a Tumblr account!! I find the word tumblr to be unique and different even though the familiar tumbler would just mean... a container of some sorts. Who cares? It's such a weird word. Haha! Anyway I've converted this into a photoblog and I've joined the Project 365 c/o Ate Gel and I will post a pic EVERY DAY. That's the challenge right there! So guys if you want to see some action every day, Go follow/visit me there!

Canox IXUS 870 IS (we got the gold one! coz...la lang)
Anyway it's a CANON IXUS 870IS!! hehe We got it for a bargain (imagine, nacut-off ung price for 9000php!!) at Quiapo at Henry's Camera (advertise advertise!). Dad decided to buy a camera when he saw our neighbors HOLDING A SLR CAMERA AND BIG-ASS LENSES! So you know, male pride kicked in and he said that we should have one too. But we're not professionals yet so there, we just got this and I DON'T REGRET it! hehe The images are amazingly clear and the video too! Love love it!! hehe. I'm gonna name it Camm-y just because... I'm a bad namer :( Or goldy...
Wow, this new year had been really different for me for these reasons:
1. Big Bro wasn't here. He was off partying in Portugal... LUCKY GUY! bwahhaa but he didn't have that much to eat as I did! bwahaha!!
2. I ATE NONSTOP FOR MORE THAN A WEEK! It started on Christmas Day and it didn't stop until Jan 1. AND NOW I'M A BIG FAT ARSE... *cries and laments*
3. We hopped to relatives' place more than usual. First it was at my mom's side. And I got to bond more with my cousins there. haha! Pls check out my multiply album for rare family pics! haha :p And then we went to dad's side amidst problems with grandpa... uh.. those are more personal things. And I got to bond more with my cousins too! :p hehe.
4. We had no fireworks. As in NADA, not even lusis, the magic wand sparkling things but I was still happy. Our neighbors never cease to amaze me with their fireworks especially those at both ends of the street. grabe! You thought that they were holding a contest or something. Haha and our next door neighbor had around 5 Sintoron ni Hudas (Judas belt, you know the really LOUD ONES). Almost became deaf again that night. Too bad I was the only one excited. Mum and Dad just wanted to stay inside. I braved the smoke and noise alone.. :((
5. We went to A LOT OF PLACES ON JAN 1~! hehe Far places pa. First we visited our soon-to-be pet parrot named Gray (coz again we have nothing better to name it...)
And then off to Cainta, Rizal to check on Queenie's bros and sis
Then to Tagaytay-Batangas to EAT OUT. Grabe si mum! hehe we almost got lost noh coz the place was SUPER SECLUDED as in it was at the dead end... lolz! haha YUMMY food though! :P

Happy easter everybody! The Lord has risen again and let's all celebrate!
My family just came home from mass and I've started doing "business" again. Well not exactly a real business. I've been trying to earn money online since Friday because... well I wanna earn myself some money and also maybe I could pay back my parents and help them earn too. Plus i have my eye on something... *hint hint *cough*DSlite*cough*.... so I've joined this great community discussion board where they pay YOU to post and discuss topics! Pls click here to check it out! It's the only site (so far) that's genuinely sending out money almost anywhere in the world (including phils!). Take note that you only make a little amount of money here =)

-------------OKAY ENOUGH ADVERTISEMENTS!------------------ lolz! I'll be posting banners once in a while though =) My father, brother and I watched Sunshine last night.
I really wanted to watch Ang Cute ng Ina Mo with my mom but I recalled an article saying that you shouldn't have that much on Holy Week so I ditched comedy and turned dark. I mean you could hardly call a movie about sending 8 astronauts to their doom to save the dying sun, FUN right? Well it was a serious and deep movie which requires knowledge about the sun and some physics so I kept bugging my brother at some parts because I didn't know what the heck they were saying. It started out pretty boring enough, I mean they didn't show the launch or anything happy as that. No, they were sending their last video messages to home before they reach the dead zone where you can't contact Earth anymore. But as the movie progresses, the lives of the characters are slowly portrayed and we can see their dreams and hopes. It was really a touching movie despite the lead actor, Cillian Murphy looking creepy again (I mean he really creeps me out, ever since I saw him in Batman Begins). He did a really good job and I kind of admire the roles that he's played now. What really touched me in this movie was the religious elements of the movie. The goal of the crew was to literally create something and when you see that creation in the movie... it'll be mind-blowing! Seeing creation at its best, that's really something and you'll be able to see it in this movie. I can't even describe how majestic or amazing the experience felt, you have to watch it to know what I mean. I recommend this movie to everyone who's interested in sci-fi and those who feel depressed because it'll surely bring some sunshine in your life =)
Now on to real world!
So I test drive a while ago with my dad and I can say... that IT'S HARD MAN! I almost wrecked our neighbor's sedan but good thing pa was there or it would have been toast! I better really enroll at a driving school!
Oh and the puzzle my cousins and I are doing is 1/4 finished! yipppeee!!! After I finish it, I swear, I am NEVER gonna buy any puzzles that has a kitchen in it! NEVER!!

I've been meaning to write here since Sunday but you know... boredom got to me =) heehe. So I finished another 2 books *yey I'm finally getting back to my bookworm roots!*, finishing HOUSE season 3 and then finished the clearance!! waheee!! =) Last Sunday my family went out for lunch with our landlord (we just rent the house we're living in) to catch up on things and to also discuss on the house's prospects (they're planning to sell it since they're already a bit elderly say, 82 years old!! but they are still dang strong!). What made that meeting special was his inspirational and motivating life story. You know, those like Chris Gardner's stories. I think that he could really become a great prof but too bad he's not.. Shucks! Well, he made me realize that I should start dreaming. BIG TIME. Since the start of high school, I've felt like Kenshin, the wandering samurai (except I am not, a samurai I mean). I was a wandering soul drifting off towards different lands and feeling like I don't belong anywhere. He also said that once you have that dream, you got to FOCUS. Focus your mind and soul into achieving that dream and maybe you might not get what you want, but you'll be given something worth even more. So I got to stop wandering aimlessly for pete's sake. At least I should have a short term goal right? Like in that Caltex (was it caltex?) commercial. Well time to choose a profession for me. I already have narrowed down my list and going to work for Disney (i want to help make their animated movies!) or Apple, is one of them... Now how do I get there... HELP ME GOD! Oh and thank God my Guakong (grandpa of mom's side) has finally left the hospital today! He was admitted some time last week because he tripped while trying to turn the aircon off and sort of... squashed a bone in his spine but he's A-OK now! He just can't walk because of backpain but he's OK. =) Hm... puzzles!! I miss making puzzles. Maybe I'll dash off to heavenly stitching moments or a puzzle house and go give myself a challenge! I went to school today to return all the clearance and met Timms and Stephie along the way. Timms was talking about his 9,000 pc. puzzle and my love for puzzles came back! Now I'm itching to hold one! ANYBODY HELP?? hahaa! Stephe also narrated her very very... weird... BYGON-ish dream involving teachers and chainsaw. Lolz!
Well I can't really say much now. Oh, gotta read K-Zone! yey kiddie!!
I feel so weird this summer. It's unlike any summer I've experienced. I guess it being my last summer that I will be experiencing in SJ has contributed a lot in my worrying state. I just feel so stressed out but it doesn't make any sense (maybe a little, what with all the clearance issues and payment of prom pics and summer classes). I sleep early (10 pm! man that's early) and wake up late (8am) but I feel so........ DANG TIRED!!!!!!!! WHY????!!!!!!

I feel sad and happy at the same time too. I'm happy because it's summer, I passed the La Salle interview (WHOOPPEE!), lots of activities but I'm sad because of probably the same things to0. All day long I've just been watching, going to school (clearance), watching more House series *which is FANTASTIC by the way*, and eating! Sighs... it's probably just "ONE" of those days. I hope that it'll pass. I wanna just be happy...

I decided I'd make a history for my site so that you'd all know the whys and the hows. I will elaborate further when I have my REAL site one day. So when did this "addiction" start? Well it was many years ago (maybe not THAT many, about 2-3 years ago) when my keypal Kelli (HI KELLI!) told me to check out this thing. It turned out to be a xanga blog and I was intrigued but I wasn't interested in making one. After a year though, exactly on October 29, 2004, I came across Kelli's blog again and had a sudden itch to try it out. I signed up in xanga and wrote my very first entry. My URL was http://xanga.com/jynxypanda and it's still alive! Check it out if you want, I've transformed it into a photoblog of some sort. I started out with this PLAIN red and black template and of course, I eventually got bored with it. I then searched for skins both in createblog and blogskins. I was happy with xanga but then I saw Steph's new blog in blogger. I was amazed at her skills already in making layouts and HTML so I asked tips from her and then I started my blogger account. This was the time I started getting interested in HTML. Steph also referred to me Lissaexplains.com for tutorials and I researched on my own by reading this gigantic HTML manual at our house. I learned the basics and soon I was editing layouts. I wasn't much of a layout changer so Thief's Stolen Collections survived with only 2 premade layouts. Soon, I was getting BORED with premade layouts. I decided to practice my photoshop skills and make my own like Steph. At first, my layout was supposed to be a panda under cherry blossoms on a starry night EXCEPT the background image I used was copyrighted to kagaya.com only hence I wasn't able to use it. It was a beautiful layout for me though because I loved the violet colors and the panda. It took me a VERY LONG time to finish it but all my efforts proved to be in vain. The spark of making a layout vanished and was just recently revived. I was determined to make one and Winnie the Pooh came to my mind. Why Winnie the Pooh? I have no idea. Maybe it was because of him being a bear but anyways, Winnie the Pooh sounded good and voila!

Well this was my very 1st layout so pardon for the childish image. It took me a very long time to think of what image to use. Winnie the Pooh just suddenly came to my mind and before I knew it, my hands were working on their own and this is the result! It lasted me for 5 months and I'm happy. =)

This is my 2nd layout featuring a vectorized (my first vector! Not too good..) bird (i'm not sure the species) on a branch staring under the velvet (violet) sky. When I was thinking of a new layout, I wanted it to have a touch of Christmas but not in the commercial way (gifts, lights etc). I wanted to show the true meaning of Christmas and I also wanted a layout that would last me for months (I'm a lazy bum.. hehe). Inspiration struck when our English teacher asked us to make a Korean Sijo (in English that is) and what i wrote about was a bird anticipating the birth of Christ. Though Christmas has gone, I still wish the feeling of Christmas will continue the whole year. This lasted me for a month (oMG 1 month lang?) but I may use it again. I really liked it! hehe

I went to school today to return all the clearance and met Timms and Stephie along the way. Timms was talking about his 9,000 pc. puzzle and my love for puzzles came back! Now I'm itching to hold one! ANYBODY HELP?? hahaa! Stephe also narrated her very very... weird... BYGON-ish dream involving teachers and chainsaw. Lolz!
Well I can't really say much now. Oh, gotta read K-Zone! yey kiddie!!
I feel so weird this summer. It's unlike any summer I've experienced. I guess it being my last summer that I will be experiencing in SJ has contributed a lot in my worrying state. I just feel so stressed out but it doesn't make any sense (maybe a little, what with all the clearance issues and payment of prom pics and summer classes). I sleep early (10 pm! man that's early) and wake up late (8am) but I feel so........ DANG TIRED!!!!!!!! WHY????!!!!!!

I feel sad and happy at the same time too. I'm happy because it's summer, I passed the La Salle interview (WHOOPPEE!), lots of activities but I'm sad because of probably the same things to0. All day long I've just been watching, going to school (clearance), watching more House series *which is FANTASTIC by the way*, and eating! Sighs... it's probably just "ONE" of those days. I hope that it'll pass. I wanna just be happy...

Born on: April 3, 2006 Panda Basking Under the Sun After posting on April 1, 2006 about Global Warming, inspiration struck and I initially thought of making a layout with pandas and polar bears. But I didn't know how to put them together so I just chose to do the Panda. Besides, it's summer so why not let my Panda go on a summer vacation? This layout hopefully gives you the image odf basking under the sun on the beach. Or somewhere tropical. This layout is very dear to me because it features my Panda! =) heehe Well hope you guys like it! =)
