I first started to blog because of my keypal Kelly (where are ya Kelly?? miss you!). She introduced me to Xanga and then i made a bold switch to blogger and now I've been since 2005! heehe. I'm pretty sure that my future posts will be WAAAAY shorter now (probably as short as the last one) and there'd be less eye candy. Just check out my multiply for that one. The school year has started and I don't know whether to be ecstatic or feel dreadful. I know I've said (and changed my point of view now. hehe) last year that I felt that the atmosphere of my 3B class, weird and quiet. It felt like, I was never gonna get along with anyone, ever! But fortunately, it turned out to be one of the better years of my life! I've met different people with MORE different personalities and yep, we were able to mingle and become the best of friends!
I'm not too sure with my new section though.. I've met old faces again (hiya nick! hiya camz!--classmates uli tayo sa graduating class!) and too many new faces to understand for only a week. I really doo hooppe that something big happens like last year. Something that'd make everyone go, "GROUP HUG EVERYONE!" some time in the year. Can't wait for bonding sessions!! hahaa!
Yay Rocky won in the ring 1 dog show competition a while ago! Yay! He's got 11 pts left till he's a philippine champion! To think that he's just a baby --- 6 months old!
I'm liking and hating things. I hate the school's one org policy, I hate how that policy affects ALL the students especially the people who have passionate interests therefore joining multiple orgs and forced to just choose one! I hate that fact that I've been separated with my friends again. It's like my 3-year curse. Every after 3 years, I am always separated. I just don't know why. I hate that people think I'm older than my brother. Or those who think I'm a 20 year old. I hate that I'm hating a lot of things this time. DARN!! Brighten up tiff! I thought that you were supposed to be optimistic?
Oh dear, there i go with my eccentric ways again... talking to myself... great..
Oh and chairy chair chair's (that's my friend's nickname btw, and yep, I'm the only who calls her that. haha!) sent me the PSD FILE OF THE LAST BOOK OF THE HARRY POTTER SERIES! THE HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED, MOST AWAITED BOOK EVER IS NOW IN MY DOCUMENTS! I have no idea if this is genuine (most likely not) but in any case, I am not gonna read it! I just wanted to get the feeling that I got it before anyone else. Hehe. That's me! Weird =)
So now I'm contemplating my fate.... Lord please send me a sign... and I hope it hits me. Hits me REALL GOOD.... and HARD.....

Lovey Tubey!

This has got to be the weirdest entry title ever but I don't care coz that's just me!! Hahaa weirdd!!! The tone in my past few entries seemed too gray and depressing so now I'm opting for fun and sunshine! Hahaa maybe not. I'm just into one of my crazy moods again. It's probably because it's "that time" again! hahaa
I've been spending a lot of time with the boob tube lately or I'll just call it "tubey". Sounds different. (Tubey includes all kinds of viewing material including downloaded movies/tv shows online). Everyday after my review class, it's straight to the computer and downloading animes! Here's what I've watched and LOVED so far!!
I remember back in early summer begging Alennie to let me borrow her Ouran High School Host Club DVD due to her constant praising of it and it got me interested. So when I remembered that I could download torrents with my uTorrent, I found the torrent with the most seeds/peers and it only took me like 3 days (it was like 5gig)!! OMG, one word can sum this anime up and that's CRAZY and KAWAII! (Okay, so it's 2 words) Just let me be a fangirl for a moment. I haven't watched any fangirl worthy animes for the past few years so I'm relishing this moment now (my last fangirl moment was when I saw Ayashi -- Tooyyaa! haha) Weee this anime is packed with a lot of eyecandy (my brother didn't go for this kind of animation though.. aww, it's a shoujo anime kasi) and what I loved best about this anime was it dared to be CRAZY. It was just plain crazy for me at first, I mean come on, what kind of school allows clubs like this? Oh, just to give you guys an idea of what this anime is about, well it's about this nerdy "guy" who gets lost on the first day and stumbles into an "unused" music room and finds "himself" in the company of the Host Club, a club with a purpose of bringing smiles and joy to their female customers (it's not what you're thinking... if that's what you're thinking). Some events led "him" owing a HUGE amount of debt to the club therefore "he" now has to join the club too. Oh, and they soon find out that this "guy" is actually a girl!
AHHHHH!!! *screams again* So the first episode ended and I wanted more... and more... so I finished the whole thing in 2 days. And that was with evening as my only viewing time. I just couldn't get enough of this anime. I couldn't get enough of Tamaki's being obnoxious and SUPER naive, Kyouya's being mysterious and coool, Hikaru and Kaoru's HOMO-ness and craziness, Mori's um... creepy quietness, Honey's CUTENESS AND KAWAIINESS and of course, Haruhi's being oblivious and innocent to everything! Ahhh such a kawaii anime! I even downloaded the manga so I could see the REAL ending. The ending in the anime was such a cliffhanger! But it was better than most, WAY BETTER. Okay... I'll stoop screaming about it now..... *watches it for the 2nd time*
Next... I've been loving Heroes!!
Most of you have already heard of this show and me too, but tonight was the first time I've watched it and boy, even though I've only watched episode 1, I know that i'm gonna be hook! Much like the feeling I got when I started to watch HOUSE M.D. I think Hiro's gonna be my fave character because he reminds me soo much of anime characters! I mean I can just imagine Hiro being an anime guy jumping up and down screaming "I DID IT!!" in Japanese or "YES I WAS ABLE TO BEND THE SPACE CONTINUOUM!" again in Japanese! Lolz. He even looks a bit like my brother which was a bit... freaky. I liked Claire too, being Invincible is COOL! Oh, and who's the real person that can fly? The politician brother or the nurse brother? Forgot his name... hehe. Oh well, I'll watch episode 2 later on. hehhee
On to American Idol news! Yep, I have finally accepted defeat and accepted Jordin's win. Anyway, I did say that it was either Melinda or Jordin who'll take the grand Idol but I was really rooting for Melinda. I have to admit that Jordin sang WELL that night! Let's see what happens to her eh? hehe and I'll still be watching out for Melinda! I wonder what will happen in the next AI season... Can't wait for January!!
Oh, I forgot to tell you guys that Rocky joined his first ever dog show last Saturday!! Rocky is our BEAUTIFUL Golden Retriever and he was qualified to enter the show! I was a bit hesitant that he'd win because I saw that A LOT of people did have their own beautiful golden retrievers but thankfully they were in the adult group and Rocky's just in the baby puppy. There were only 2 of them in the category but this I was sure Rocky had the upperhand. But blast that Chinese judge! He had absolutely no TASTE and he took a loooonnngg time to judge! He picked Rocky's skinny opponent over Rocky! Grrr!! But good thing Rocky won in the 1st ring, and he did win best pup in group! yey! =) Well the next show will be next month! Can't wait! hehe *pictures late!*
Voting for Candy's Teen Blog Awards has just ended! Wish me luck guys! UBER THANKS TO THOSE WHO VOTED! *hugz* Good luck peepz!! =) May the best blogs win!! =)

HISTORY:
I decided I'd make a history for my site so that you'd all know the whys and the hows. I will elaborate further when I have my REAL site one day. So when did this "addiction" start? Well it was many years ago (maybe not THAT many, about 2-3 years ago) when my keypal Kelli (HI KELLI!) told me to check out this thing. It turned out to be a xanga blog and I was intrigued but I wasn't interested in making one. After a year though, exactly on October 29, 2004, I came across Kelli's blog again and had a sudden itch to try it out. I signed up in xanga and wrote my very first entry. My URL was http://xanga.com/jynxypanda and it's still alive! Check it out if you want, I've transformed it into a photoblog of some sort. I started out with this PLAIN red and black template and of course, I eventually got bored with it. I then searched for skins both in createblog and blogskins. I was happy with xanga but then I saw Steph's new blog in blogger. I was amazed at her skills already in making layouts and HTML so I asked tips from her and then I started my blogger account. This was the time I started getting interested in HTML. Steph also referred to me Lissaexplains.com for tutorials and I researched on my own by reading this gigantic HTML manual at our house. I learned the basics and soon I was editing layouts. I wasn't much of a layout changer so Thief's Stolen Collections survived with only 2 premade layouts. Soon, I was getting BORED with premade layouts. I decided to practice my photoshop skills and make my own like Steph. At first, my layout was supposed to be a panda under cherry blossoms on a starry night EXCEPT the background image I used was copyrighted to kagaya.com only hence I wasn't able to use it. It was a beautiful layout for me though because I loved the violet colors and the panda. It took me a VERY LONG time to finish it but all my efforts proved to be in vain. The spark of making a layout vanished and was just recently revived. I was determined to make one and Winnie the Pooh came to my mind. Why Winnie the Pooh? I have no idea. Maybe it was because of him being a bear but anyways, Winnie the Pooh sounded good and voila!

Well this was my very 1st layout so pardon for the childish image. It took me a very long time to think of what image to use. Winnie the Pooh just suddenly came to my mind and before I knew it, my hands were working on their own and this is the result! It lasted me for 5 months and I'm happy. =)

This is my 2nd layout featuring a vectorized (my first vector! Not too good..) bird (i'm not sure the species) on a branch staring under the velvet (violet) sky. When I was thinking of a new layout, I wanted it to have a touch of Christmas but not in the commercial way (gifts, lights etc). I wanted to show the true meaning of Christmas and I also wanted a layout that would last me for months (I'm a lazy bum.. hehe). Inspiration struck when our English teacher asked us to make a Korean Sijo (in English that is) and what i wrote about was a bird anticipating the birth of Christ. Though Christmas has gone, I still wish the feeling of Christmas will continue the whole year. This lasted me for a month (oMG 1 month lang?) but I may use it again. I really liked it! hehe

Lovey Tubey!
